At ServerBright, we respect your digital sovereignty. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for providing our consultancy services.

• [+] Contact Form: When you "Send a Signal," your name, email, and organisation details are captured directly into our CapsuleCRM system for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
• [+] Calendar Bookings: Scheduling a "Deep Dive" session via Google Calendar requires the submission of personal contact details to confirm the appointment and sync the event with our internal systems.

// 02. Analytics_&_Tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data is used solely to optimise site performance and user experience.

We also use Transpond for Email and Social Media marketing.

// 03. Third_Party_Transmissions

We do not trade, sell, or lease your personal data. Data is only shared with the following essential sub-processors required to run our operations:

• - Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar & Documents)
• - CapsuleCRM & Transpond (Enquiries, Contact Management & Marketing)

Optionally:

• - Google Cloud Platform (Customer Registration & Processing, for Cloud Services)

Beyond these functional requirements, your data remains internal to ServerBright.

By agreeing to this policy, you consent to the processing of your personal data for our legitimate interests. 'Processing' may include keeping your contact details up-to-date, maintaining notes and related record-keeping, and occassionally sending you email updates which may be of interest to you (we aim for no more than six [6] emails per year). You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us directly.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in England & Wales.
