We take the pain of service monitoring away. After careful assessment, we will establish sensible thresholds for safe system operation, beyond which an alert will trigger and we will jump into action.

We can even configure longer-term monitoring, for slower failure scenarios. If system performance reduces at an imperceptible rate, or service availability and performance "seem" slower than they used to be, longer-term monitoring may hold the clues as to why.
